[Product Condition]
- Hardly used as children did not sleep in it, so it is generally in good condition. However, there are some areas where the paint has peeled off because a dog chewed on it. The price has been set taking this into account. Please check the images.

It will be disassembled and flattened as much as possible for handover. All removed screws, assembly instructions, and the hex wrench will be included.

[Delivery Information]
Available for direct pickup at my home during May 2026. Alternatively, delivery is possible within approximately 1-2 hours distance, such as Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, or Kanagawa. The address will be provided via private message.

The longest piece is about 2m, which should fit in a large vehicle like a van.

If direct pickup is difficult, please arrange for a shipping company such as a furniture mover. I can assist with estimates.
