This is an Azuma fondue pot set.
At first, I thought it was a cheese fondue pot, but the instruction manual, which says fondue, only mentions oil. I remembered that the only processed cheese available in the Showa era was the kind that wouldn't melt.
It comes in a nice box, but there are signs of a few uses. I think this size might fit on a stove, but I don't recommend it because I'm afraid of accidents. I hope the included trivet works well. Solid fuel is not included. The box has signs of age-related wear.
Since it's stainless steel, I feel it's more suited for oil fondue or deep-frying rather than cheese fondue.
It's solidly built in the Showa style, so it's suitable for both commercial establishments and home use. How about an oil fondue with Wagyu and Taisai sesame oil for inbound tourists?
