[Regarding price negotiations]
If you wish to negotiate the price, please use Mercari's Price Negotiation Function.
We will accept if possible.
Please note that we cannot respond to questions such as How much can you lower the price?

[Regarding comment responses]
Please try to find information such as dimensions yourself as much as possible.
In the past, we had trouble with customers claiming the size was different after we posted measurement information, so we are trying to avoid it as much as possible.

[Regarding shipping]
Shipping is mainly done on weekends.
Therefore, it may take some time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please confirm by commenting before purchasing.

[Regarding dedicated listings]
We generally do not accommodate these requests. It will be first come, first served.

[Regarding returns]

As a general rule, we do not accept returns.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via the comment section before purchasing.
We will do our best to accommodate your requests, such as adding more photos.

However, we will accept returns in cases such as the item cannot be used because it has not been initialized or the wrong item was clearly delivered. In such cases, we will verify by comparing with the photos and videos taken before shipping.
When purchasing high-value items, we recommend recording a video during unboxing. We will also keep records, so let's confirm with each other.

Return shipping costs will be paid by us if the fault is ours, and by you otherwise.
For returns, please relist the item on Mercari with the lowest price and anonymous shipping, and we will purchase that listing. Please understand that we wish to keep our address private due to having housemates.
