This is a set of 12 used taps.
I believe they can still be used for materials like mild steel plates.
While not the exact ones listed, I have used similar taps to process 2.3mm thick flat steel plates and angle steel slowly with an electric drill.
Whether they can be used for thicker materials depends on the pilot hole size, but I have no experience with that.
