For 1 liter, about 1/5 teaspoon is sufficient, but I am adding a little more.
I also brew coffee and tea with Patimkam water.

Sappanwood (Caesalpinia sappan) is a small tree of the Fabaceae family, native to India and the Malay Archipelago.
