This Ayurvedic water, consumed daily in Kerala, South India, turns a beautiful pink color.
It is odorless and tasteless. It is a herbal tea.

Brew 1 teaspoon of Pathimugam tea with 5 liters of hot water and drink.
(As stated on the package)
For 1 liter, about 1/5 teaspoon seems sufficient, but I tend to use a bit more.
I also use this Pathimugam water when making coffee or tea.
(I feel refreshed when I use it, but this is just my personal impression.)
