Laguiole Knife Cheese A.Simon Laguiole

★ Thank you for looking ★

The copper parts have discoloration, but they should shine if polished.
There are some minor scratches on the handle.

I believe I purchased this at A Simon in Paris.
At the time, I was living in Champagne and
when I went to Paris on my days off, I loved A Simon
and always visited. ^_^

Please be aware that many products currently on the market are not made in France.
This is a popular brand that sells many affordable, lightweight, thin stainless steel items for home use, even in French home centers.

Although it may be difficult to distinguish,
I believe you can tell by looking closely at the thickness and material.

Currently, they seem to stamp Made in France which makes it easier to identify,
but I think older items may not have this stamp.

This is a wonderful product from Laguiole, named after a plateau in the Aubrac region of southern France,
formed from volcanic rock and granite.
