Since the 1950s, Matsumoto Mingei Furniture exhibitions have been held in major cities nationwide. Their reputation spread widely due to their high processing accuracy and excellent design. In 1976, they were designated as Matsumoto Furniture, a traditional craft by the Minister of International Trade and Industry. As the originator of Hokkaido Mingei Furniture and Kyushu Mingei Furniture, they continue to boast the highest reputation, quality, and technology today.
