Chinese cleaver, shows signs of use, blade length 18cm, overall length 28cm.
Made by Kiryu Kogyo in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, brand Tetsuhiro.
It has rusted all over because it was not used for a while, but the edge of the blade has been cleaned.
Searching for Tetsuhiro mainly brings up Santoku and Nakiri knives. This Chinese cleaver is discontinued and may no longer be available.
However, I am listing it for sale because my kitchen storage space has decreased due to moving.
