Description
Used only once in a Chinese cooking class, this knife is in near-new condition.
It weighs approximately 400g. I have sharpened it for this listing, but I recommend that the buyer re-sharpen it to suit their specific needs.
The blade length is about 195mm.
Please be aware that there are some amateur sharpening marks from my vocational school days (partially polished out).
The Hattori family crest is now less visible due to polishing.
This is a knife manufactured by Sakai Takayuki.
It is made of stainless steel, but I am unsure of the exact material. I believe it is likely molybdenum steel.
I am selling it because I do not plan to use it again.
