This is a double-edged Chinese cleaver.
Size: Total length 28.5 cm, Blade length 18 cm

I am listing it because I haven't used it much recently.

I have been sharpening it as I used it, so it is a few millimeters shorter than when new, but it still cuts well.
The advantage of a Chinese cleaver is that it can handle any cutting style.

I will sharpen it with an electric knife sharpener and a whetstone before sending it, so I believe it will be ready to use immediately after opening.

Please note that this is sharpened by an amateur and has been stored personally, so I ask for no claims and no returns.
