Sugimoto Chinese Cleaver No. 6
Blade Length: Approx. 22cm
Uses Japanese steel (Shirogami No. 2), renowned worldwide for its extremely high purity. The hard steel is protected by a resilient iron core, making it easy to sharpen and highly durable. It is versatile for appetizers, meat, fish, and more.
I used this knife until very recently, but I now primarily use OMS, so I would like to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.
There are no chips or stickiness, and the blade shape is in good condition.
