Description
This is a 3-piece set of Tokuzo Hamono Japanese knives.
Made from Ginsan Steel (Silver Paper No. 3), these Japanese knives are rust-resistant and easy to handle.
Includes a knife case and blade covers.
When purchased, it was a 4-piece set including a Ko-deba (not included in this product) for around 130,000 yen.

- Yanagiba (Sashimi) Knife: Blade length approx. 23cm
- Deba Knife: Blade length approx. 16.5cm
- Usuba Knife: Blade length approx. 17cm
As this is a used item, there are sharpening scratches, scuffs, signs of use, dirt on the case, etc.
Additionally, there are areas with small chips in the blade (see image).
Although not very noticeable, the kanji character 匠 (Takumi - meaning artisan/master) is engraved in the center of the blade (see image).
Recommended for chefs as well as those looking to build a collection of Japanese knives.
