These were received from an acquaintance and stored in a warehouse. There are scuffs and scratches.

I don't do DIY at all, so I don't know, but my father tested them and said they cut 2x4 lumber as easily as tofu, so they should still be usable!
The condition of the blades is shown in images 5-7.
