This is a luxurious pen stand made from the rare innocence wood Siam Gaki (also known as Ziricote). Its dark grain, similar to ebony or black persimmon, is beautiful and offers the unique charm of natural wood. Its rich color makes it recommendable for those who like walnut and similar woods.

This piece is crafted by an individual woodworker and is almost entirely finished with a plane and oil, resulting in a smooth and pleasant feel to the touch. As it is a hard and heavy wood, it is resistant to scratches. While there are minor scratches from use, the overall condition is relatively clean. The inside bottom where pen tips touch naturally has scratches. Because it is finished with innocence oil, it can easily be restored to its beautiful surface by sanding and applying oil if scratches increase in the future, which is also an attractive feature.

The cylindrical part and the base can be separated to make cleaning the inside bottom of the pen stand easier. It can be detached and attached with a firm push. Even when attached, the base will not detach if you lift the cylindrical part alone, a mechanism that requires a simple yet quite precise construction, showcasing the artisan's skill.

The base has a slight incline to facilitate easy pen removal, and small non-slip pads are attached to the four corners of the bottom to prevent the main body from sliding.
