Kyocera Ceramic Knife 13cm & Cutting Board Set

This is a set of Kyocera ceramic knives and a cutting board.

The petty knife, with its slim handle and approximately 13cm ceramic blade made in Japan, is perfect for everyday light cooking tasks like chopping herbs or cutting fruit, rather than for serious culinary work.

Ceramic knives do not impart a metallic taste, do not rust, and are easy to clean as they are compatible with kitchen bleach and dishwashers.

Ceramic knives are very hard, so their sharpness lasts a long time. However, because they are very thin, the blade can chip if you try to cut hard ingredients or frozen foods forcefully. Therefore, using them in conjunction with stainless steel knives will allow you to use them for a longer period.

The black cutting board, made in Japan, makes ingredients highly visible and is approximately 2mm thick, making it a sturdy flexible cutting board. Both sides have a textured finish to prevent ingredients from slipping.

To reduce shipping costs, I will slightly cut the plastic packaging of the knife and repackage it for anonymous shipping via Yu-Packet Post.
