The item is made of hardened 55C steel.
This is a set of 10 pieces, with a 1-degree difference from 10 to 21 degrees.
It will mainly be used with a vise.
The dimensions are: length 10 cm, height 4 cm, width 5 cm.
It can be primarily used for angled cuts on milling machines or for drilling through angled holes. Since it's manufactured using wire EDM, high precision can be achieved. Even when I use it myself, the deviation is only about 0.02 mm.
Once set in the vise and measured, you can calculate the angle.
After cutting, it is also hardened, so there is no need to worry about deformation unless used improperly.
I used to work with tolerances in the hundredths of a millimeter in mold plate work,
so I believe this can also be utilized for such tasks.
