Description
This is a bread knife from Wenger.
Wenger was a knife manufacturing company that once existed in Switzerland, and along with Victorinox, was one of the two major manufacturers of Swiss Army Knives. It was a staple souvenir from Switzerland, but in the 1990s, security measures against terrorism were strengthened, and knives could no longer be brought onto airplanes. This led to a decrease in demand from tourists, and the company's finances began to decline. Ultimately, on April 25, 2005, it was merged with its rival, Victorinox, and ceased to exist.
