Our mini bottle of undiluted plum vinegar, made with sun-dried salt and no additives or reduced salt formulation, is convenient to carry for work or sports.

Dilute a small amount of undiluted plum vinegar (about 4g per capful) with protein or mineral water and consume. We recommend diluting one capful of plum vinegar with about 200ml of mineral water.

This plum vinegar is made simply with plum juice and sun-dried salt. It is a reduced salt formulation (less than 10% salt content), with about half the salt of conventional plum vinegar, making it a perfectly balanced plum vinegar.
