Ishikawa Brewery's Original Moromi Vinegar Today's Vitality! 900ml

Ishikawa Brewery's Original Moromi Vinegar
Today's Vitality! 900ml
With Brown Sugar Type

Known as the vinegar that creates vitality. It replenishes both amino acids, the building blocks of muscle, and citric acid, which reduces fatigue.

Ishikawa Brewery's Moromi Vinegar, despite being called vinegar, does not have a strong sour taste. This is because it is made through citric acid fermentation rather than the typical acetic acid fermentation. We can confidently recommend it even to readers who dislike sour flavors.
By taking just 30ml a day, you can supplement all 9 essential amino acids that the human body cannot produce on its own, as well as 9 natural amino acids and natural citric acid.
The reason why moromi vinegar contains a significantly higher amount of amino acids compared to other drinking vinegars is that the raw material for Awamori is Thai rice, which has 1.5 times more protein than Japanese rice. Since protein is the source of amino acids, the moromi lees produced from this Thai rice are naturally rich in amino acids. The raw materials for other drinking vinegars, such as Japanese rice for black vinegar and fruits for apple cider vinegar, have different initial protein content, says Manufacturing Manager, Choryo Uema.
Therefore, please boost your immunity consistently with the amino acids from one serving (30ml) of this product per day.
