Rosemary is a herb of the Lamiaceae family, genus Rosmarinus.

Rosemary is well-known as a herb that enhances concentration and memory. It is said to have the effect of improving memory and concentration, uplifting the spirit, and even alleviating mild depression.
It also promotes metabolism by strengthening blood vessels, improving blood circulation, and enhancing digestive function.
It has also been called the herb of youth due to its antioxidant properties that prevent cell aging.

It can be used fresh or dried. It has antibacterial and antioxidant properties, which help preserve food and can be widely used in various dishes, especially meat dishes.

When used as tea, the stimulating aroma sharpens the mind and restores energy.

Rosemary's fragrance lasts even when dried, so simply hanging cut branches in a room or placing them in a basket can have a deodorizing effect, making it useful in homes with pets.
