[Tadafusa Basic 3-Piece Paring Knife]
This is a paring knife from Tadafusa, a long-established brand founded in 1947, specializing in kitchen knives.
The nimble Tadafusa paring knife is easy to handle for small tasks like cutting vegetables and fruits, making cooking feel more accessible.

[From Preparation to Peeling and Decorative Cuts]
Despite its compact and easy-to-handle size, it boasts the sharp cutting edge characteristic of artisan knives.
It is versatile and excels in a wide range of tasks, from peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits to making decorative cuts.

[Patented Handle Technology]
The durable and corrosion-resistant chestnut wood is finished into antimicrobial carbonized wood using Tadafusa's patented technology.
Antimicrobial carbonized wood retains the natural texture of wood while preventing bacterial growth by processing the wood to a state just before carbonization.
The rounded, easy-to-grip shape is also designed for a comfortable fit in your hand.

[Sharpness That Lasts]
The blade is made from a special alloy containing chromium, carbon, molybdenum, and vanadium, similar to stainless steel.
Its key feature is its ability to maintain a sharp edge for a long time.
