Product Description:
■ A series characterized by a beautiful 101-layer Damascus pattern inspired by Uzu-shio (whirlpools). The beauty of the blade is undeniable, but the true craftsmanship lies in the shape and finish of the handle. Despite being a straight handle, it is a new shape that fits comfortably in the hand. The Damascus pattern is also etched onto the bolster, showcasing a design that emphasizes meticulous detail. Made with a new steel material, this knife represents the pinnacle of current technology and is a piece to be passed down through generations for the next 10 years.
■ Equipped with new steel FC63 - Balancing edge retention and ease of sharpening. The new steel Fine Carbide 63 is characterized by its fine composition. Because the composition is uniform and fine, it is a steel that is resistant to chipping and breaking. Despite its high hardness (HRC: 63), this new material is also easy to sharpen.
■ A German x Japanese fusion knife engraved with 290 years of technology. 290 years of trial and error. This knife, a culmination of German technology and the essence of Japanese craftsmanship passed down in Seki City, is released to the world as a 290th anniversary commemorative model.
