Description
Thank you for viewing.
This is a very well-finished nakiri knife forged from VG10 steel by a craftsman.
The blade is unusually blackened for a kitchen knife, further enhancing the rustic appeal of the hammered finish.
The rough surface texture from the hammering and blackening helps reduce food from sticking to the blade.
The handle is an octagonal grip beautifully finished with ebony, a precious wood.
