Minatsune Slicing Knife, 24cm Blade

75.90 $
Description
This is a Sujin-hiki (slicer) knife from Nantsune.
The blade length is approximately 24cm.
It is single-beveled.
The steel type is unknown.
It is made of solid steel.
There is a Katato Saku (made in Katato) inscription on the back.

There were scratches and rust marks, which have been mostly corrected, but some minor scratches remain.
We recommend it if you don't mind these minor imperfections.

While it is a slicer, it can also be used for sashimi or skinning fish.

Nantsune Sujin-hiki knives are popular and sell out quickly, so don't delay.

Both the cutting edge and the flat surface are almost mirror-finished.
It is also lightweight and generally in good condition, so we believe it can be used for a long time.

The size makes it recommended for professionals as well as general households.

The blade has been finished with a Kitayama 8000 grit whetstone, a Shapton 12000 grit whetstone, and a natural whetstone.
It is in excellent cutting condition and ready for immediate use.

● Size: Blade length approx. 240mm
● Thickness at the spine approx. 2.0mm
