This is a modified knife from a narrower gyuto.
Therefore, the handle is thick, and it is especially recommended for those with large hands or those who want to grip it firmly with force!
Using whetstones from the selection shown in the 10th photo, we chose one that is compatible with this knife. By using whetstones suitable for each type of steel, we have maximized the knife's potential.
