This is a famous stool designed by architect Charlotte Perriand in France, inspired by mountains.
Skilled craftsmen carefully handcrafted it with three ash innocence legs, and the continuity of the wood grain can be felt from the seat to the edge.
I believe the craftsmanship is so high that it's hard to tell it's not the real thing at first glance.
