Otsuka Cutlery Table Knife [Double Bevel] CIBONE Kitchen Knife Cibone

Otsuka Cutlery Blacksmith Table Knife [Double-Edged]

Crafted with a Japanese cherry wood handle and a ring.
This is a rare piece with a one-year waiting list for custom orders.

The table knife has a strong curve towards the tip and a blade that extends to the tip, allowing for leverage. It is a knife suitable for slicing (the action of pulling to cut). The rounded tip was inspired by the Qinglong knife.
