This is an extremely gyaru-style cap.

When tied with the strings, it looks like Arale-chan, and even without tying them, it functions as a flight cap.

The brim edges are frayed, revealing the green underneath, and the patches are cute.

Personally, I think attaching a large can badge to the ear flaps would give it a Y2K vibe.

The size is quite large, so anyone can wear it, but please note this is my subjective opinion.
