Description

This is a fixed headrest for the Okamura Sylphy chair.
Includes mounting screws and instruction manual.
Includes nameplate.

I originally used a high-back Sylphy chair, but in August 2023, I purchased this headrest from a furniture store and used it as an extra-high back.
I am selling it due to purchasing a new chair.

The color is green.

[Note]
A hex wrench (5mm across flats) is required for installation.
The hex wrench is not included, so please provide your own.
