Description
This is a Kai Shun Kujaku Gyuto 210mm chef's knife.
I've only used it a few times since purchasing it, and it's been stored in a holder.
There is some dullness on the blade, but I don't think there are any particularly noticeable scratches.
The knife will be shipped with a tip cover, wrapped in paper, placed in a bag, then wrapped in film and secured with a rubber band. It will then be taped shut in a Nekoposu cardboard box.
