This item has only been opened, assembled, tried on, and the cooling function of the Peltier elements and the operation of the water cooling pump have been confirmed. Both were found to be in normal working order. The protective film on the Peltier elements is still attached, and no water has been added to the water cooling section. The mobile battery has not been connected to the device or charged. It was opened solely to photograph the PSE mark for this listing. It seems convenient as it can also be used as a regular mobile battery due to its USB terminal. An instruction manual is included.
