I have achieved a smooth and elegant sharpness through finishing with a natural whetstone. (The final sharpening is done. I use a special grinder, a trade secret, to sharpen until blade dust is produced. This results in a sharpness that cannot be achieved with finishing stones.)
The condition is excellent sharpness.

***After use, remove dirt and wipe off moisture. Leaving dirt or moisture on the blade will cause rust.
