[Twist Processing]
When heat-treating with a burner, to prevent the material from hardening due to quenching,
careful processing is done by heating locally, and
heat treatment is performed by tempering.
[Polishing Process] Using 4 types of polishing compounds,
the grit is gradually increased, and the final polish is done with a liquid abrasive.
[Notes]
After the final polishing,
a thin layer of rust inhibitor is applied to make it resistant to rust.
Polishing compound is included for maintenance.
