Showcasing beauty. A chosen golden blade.
Introducing the limited edition model Kimagure Gold.

The knife series produced by Kimagure Cook now features the limited edition Kimagure Gold. The performance, materials, and manufacturing process are the same as Kimagure Black.
With its brilliant gold finish, it exudes an overwhelming presence as a showpiece.
This original knife is meticulously finished by hand by artisans in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, a renowned center for cutlery production, inheriting traditional craftsmanship. The beautiful ripple pattern created by 69 layers of Damascus steel is coated with a golden sheen using ion plating technology, which is also applied in space development.
The core material is VG10 cobalt alloy steel, known for its high hardness, toughness, and corrosion resistance. Artisans, deeply familiar with the properties of the steel, meticulously sharpen the blade, achieving excellent sharpness and high durability.
The Kimagure Cook original logo is engraved on the gold-plated blade. The design, refined down to the smallest detail, will enrich your cooking experience.
