Shop Japan Jinn Josaki's S-Coating Knife

This is a meticulously crafted knife from Shop Japan, finished by hand, one by one, by artisans in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, featuring Jin Shirosaki's S-Coating.
I purchased this for myself and for my parents' home, but my mother already has a knife she uses, so this one has barely been used.
I would like to pass it on to someone who is looking for such a knife.

Description

So lightweight it's flexible, making it easy for even women to handle! A meticulously crafted knife finished by hand, one by one, by artisans in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture.
◎The 0.18mm (compared to 0.4mm for conventional products)蛤刃 (hamaguri-ba - clamshell blade) reduces resistance when cutting food, allowing for easier cutting with less force.
◎The distance from the spine to the blade tip is short, so the area of contact with the food when cutting is smaller, enabling easier cutting with less force.
◎The tip is slender, and the center of gravity is shifted towards the handle (near the index finger), making it agile and easy to use.
◎The handle is positioned high, so despite the short distance from the spine to the blade tip, your fingers are less likely to hit the cutting board.
◎The stone coating, with 5 layers on each side, prevents food from sticking and makes cleaning easy.
