[Product Description]
This is an ErgoHuman PRO with built-in ottoman purchased around 2015.
It is being listed as a used item with defects due to a replacement. Please be sure to check the following conditions and purchase only if you agree.

[Product Features]
Model: ErgoHuman PRO (with built-in ottoman)
Functions: Height adjustment, seat front/back and angle adjustment, backrest recline, ottoman extension/retraction, etc. Basic operations are currently without issues.

[▲Important Notes & Damaged Areas] Due to years of use, there is significant wear and the following malfunctions:
1. Armrest Malfunction: The cushion parts of both left and right armrests are damaged (peeling). If this is a concern, we strongly recommend replacing them with separately sold armrests available from the manufacturer or other sources.
2. Backrest Cushion: There are areas where the lining cushion sponge on the underside of the backrest has come off. The detached parts will be included, so please repair them if you are able.
3. Condition of Metal Parts: The aluminum frame has characteristic white cloudiness and patterns scattered throughout.
4. Cleaning Condition: Basic cleaning will be performed, but there may be dust in small crevices that has not been thoroughly cleaned. Please understand this in advance.
5. Small hole in the mesh part of the headrest. There are also some stains on the seat that are visible upon close inspection. Please check the photos.

[Regarding Your Purchase]
This is a 2015 model and has aged, so the overall condition is not good.
While all functions have been tested, this is a personal inspection and the item is aged, so please purchase at your own risk. We cannot guarantee operation after arrival.
Due to its large size, it will be shipped via Packaged and Shipped by Mercari service.
