This ash is infused with the rich juices that drip from seafood and vegetables grilled over charcoal, nurtured by the great nature of Sado Island. We hope it will be a great help to your wonderful home garden when spread on fields or in planters.
It can also be used as ash for irori (sunken hearths) and hibachi (braziers).
Small embers may be mixed in with the ash.
