[Our Company Delivery Service]
We can deliver via our company's service from Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture, to nearby areas (mainly around and including the 23 wards of Tokyo).
Please consult us regarding areas and fees.

*Payment for our company's delivery service is requested upon delivery.
*We do not accept date/time requests, as our service is cheaper than other shipping companies.
*Our company's delivery fees are not fixed and vary depending on dispatch availability, so please confirm each time.
*Stairs (indoor/outdoor) and hoisting/lowering will incur an additional fee per floor.
Please declare this in advance.

-Our company's delivery cutoff is 2-3 days before the delivery date-
Depending on dispatch availability, we may be able to accept requests the day before, but we generally close orders 2-3 days before the delivery date.

[Direct Pickup (Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture)]
Direct pickup is also possible.
However, we are generally out for business, so we are often unavailable.
This service is only available during gaps in our business schedule, so we set the date and time.

For direct pickups, we will send the shipping notification immediately after purchase.
Customers are responsible for loading the product and preparing packing materials.

In principle, storage after purchase is limited to 7 days.
After that, a warehouse storage fee of ￥200 per day will be incurred.
(This is a guideline as we may store the item for our convenience.)

Please contact us if you have any other questions.
