This is the Artek Aalto Bench 153B in Black.

I used it as a TV stand, similar to how Oiva Toikka might have used a black piece.
It has some signs of use, but I believe it is in beautiful condition.

It's stylish.
While the natural color is common, the premium black is rarely seen. It's a gem for connoisseurs and will go to the first buyer.

Crafted from sturdy Finnish birch, the Aalto Bench is versatile enough for any space, from public areas to homes. Designed in 1945, the Bench 153 is a later masterpiece in Alvar Aalto's L-Leg series and continues to be loved, naturally complementing earlier products like the Stool 60.

The seat features a slit design with evenly spaced gaps, designed for lightness and ease of carrying. It can be used not only for sitting but also as a casual storage shelf, display stand, or TV stand.

Protective material for the legs is attached to prevent scratches, and it will be shipped as is.

The movie Kamome Diner will be re-released starting April 10th this month (distributed by Filmarks and Nikkatsu, screened in 78 theaters nationwide with more to be added).

I would love to keep it as a backup if I could, but I am reluctantly letting it go.
This is a gem I want to pass on to Aalto fans and Kamome Diner fans.
