A right-handed, single-bevel hook knife made of stainless steel. The spine of the blade is not sharpened, allowing you to push the blade with your left hand while carving. The hook's curve is narrow, making it ideal for carving the inside of spoons and bowls. The improved edge angle allows for more comfortable carving. Includes a Swedish vegetable-tanned leather sheath made by a local leather workshop.
