Pick-up is generally required at our location in Kurate Town, Fukuoka Prefecture.
They cannot be loaded into passenger cars.
Please pick them up with a truck.
They can be loaded onto a light truck, but only up to 7 pieces.

If we have no prior commitments, pick-up is possible on weekends and holidays in the early morning, and delivery is possible during the day.

Paid delivery using our own truck is also available.
When inquiring about shipping costs, please include your city and town name.
The same shipping fee applies for weights up to 2 tons.
Railway sleepers are large and heavy items.
Regular courier services and shipping companies generally do not deliver them.

Delivery with our own truck is available within Kyushu, Shikoku, and Chugoku regions.
For distant locations, shipping costs will be significantly higher, making delivery less likely to result in a sale.

Please refrain from inquiring about shipping costs only.
Please only inquire if you are willing to purchase via pick-up, even if the shipping cost is high.

We will assist with unloading when delivering with our own truck, within approximately 5 meters of the truck.
We request that you provide 1-2 people for assistance.
For 40 pieces, unloading from a 2-ton flatbed truck can be completed by two people in about 40 minutes.

Please note that due to the use of preservatives, these sleepers cannot be used in agricultural cultivation areas.
