This is a set of the Makita cordless heated vest CV201D and the 10.8V slide battery holder PE00000036.
Instead of a dedicated battery, you can use the slide battery that is also compatible with power tools.
I only used it 4-5 times during the coldest part of winter, but since it was used infrequently, I'm listing it in hopes that it will be useful to someone.
