[Twist Processing]
When heat-treating with a torch during the twisting process, we carefully apply heat locally to prevent the material from hardening due to quenching. The piece is then tempered for heat treatment.
[Polishing Process]
Using four types of abrasives, we gradually increase the grit size, finishing with a liquid abrasive for the final polish.
[Notes]
After the final polishing, a thin layer of rust inhibitor is applied to prevent rust.
Abrasives are included for maintenance.
