Sealing Tool - Used Item

Description
This is a tool for removing license plate seals. It's like pipe cut and welded onto vise pliers. I painted the claw part myself.
I used it twice, and it removed the seals cleanly and easily.
Please do not use this for illegal purposes. Re-sealing must be done at a Land Transport Bureau.
