This is a set of two sheet metal tools, specifically seaming pliers.
Naotoku: Total length 210mm, blade length 65mm
Marumitsu: Total length 210mm, blade length 50mm
(Marumitsu brand is unclear as the engraving is faded)
Both blades show wear at the tips and have been slightly ground down.
The Naotoku tool has some looseness and a slight twist.
The Marumitsu tool has no looseness or twist, but the handle shows wear.
They have been adjusted for better usability and should still be functional.
