● This is an auxiliary device to prevent the flame from weakening on the trivet of a gas stove with a temperature sensor (*).
● Recommended for those who find it difficult to cook because the flame weakens in response to the sensor.
● You can freely adjust the gas heat, allowing you to cook while checking the doneness.
● Made from heat-resistant pottery (heat-resistant ceramic) with a heat resistance difference of 700℃, so there is no risk of cracking due to temperature differences if used correctly.
● If the main body becomes dirty, it can be scrubbed clean with a metal scouring pad or brush.
● The underside fits into the trivet and is designed to prevent slippage. Not compatible with square trivets.
* Gas stove with temperature sensor (SI sensor)
This is a gas stove equipped with a function that senses the bottom temperature of the cookware and cuts off the gas or automatically adjusts the heat when it reaches a certain temperature. (Since October 2008, only stoves with sensors have been released.)
