This is raw rice bran from Koshihikari rice produced in Ishikawa Prefecture.

This is bran from rice that I grow myself and mill using a home rice polisher that only I use. I thoroughly clean it each time, so it is clean and free of insects or mud, unlike bran from public rice polishers that anyone can use.

For fishing bait or garden fertilizer.

Since I get a lot of it and it feels like a waste to throw away, I looked for ways to use it every day and discovered that it's delicious when added to cooking as a substitute for ground sesame seeds or eaten as a substitute for kinako (roasted soybean flour).
It's also recommended for those who are deficient in Vitamin B due to its high nutritional value.

It absorbs oil from meat well, so using it to wash frying pans after stir-frying meat is highly recommended as it cleans well without damaging your hands.

I'm listing this because I feel it's a waste to throw it away, so I'm offering it at a bargain price that won't result in a loss.
