We are pleased to announce that our fan covers, which sold over 200 units in 2025, are now available in their 2026 version. This listing is for the Middle Gray color of our most popular compact model.
Of course, it is compatible with all 90Φ fans from 2025 and earlier.
This product is made from standard TPU with a Shore hardness of 95A.
It is lightweight, manufactured with an average thickness of 1.5mm.
Perfect for rain and sun protection.
Due to recent price increases in materials, filament prices have risen across the board. We ask for your understanding regarding a slight price increase for the 2026 printed models.

I personally use this on my Burtle Aircraft fan at construction sites, and it also fits the flat fans of Kuucho Fukuzou (Air-Conditioned Clothing).
Recently, many customers have been using it for outdoor activities like fishing and camping.
Last year, I saw someone riding a motorcycle wearing air-conditioned clothing. I wondered if attaching this fan cover upside down would create an intake effect, making them even cooler. Of course, attaching it in the normal orientation also provides protection against sudden rain.

While similar products are sold by Kuucho Fukuzou Co., Ltd., they require modification for Burtle Aircraft fans. Therefore, we created this product using soft TPU material and a 3D printer.

TPU is extremely resistant to stretching, so it's highly unlikely to get caught and tear. Its softness also prevents it from cracking if bumped. Even if repeatedly struck against narrow scaffolding pipes or concrete walls at construction sites, only the surface may become scuffed.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, the underside where support material was attached may be partially rough. Additionally, layer lines and marks from the support material are visible in some areas. Please understand that this is typical for FDM 3D printed items.
As this is a hobby project made by an individual after work, those who are particular about minor details are kindly asked to refrain from purchasing.
