The functionality is the same as our standard product.
Of course, it can be used with all 90Φ fans from 2025 and earlier.
This product is made from standard TPU with a Shore hardness of 95A.
It's lightweight, made with an average thickness of 1.5mm.
Use it for rain protection and sunshade.

I personally use this attached to my Burtle Aircraft fan on construction sites, and it also fits Air-Conditioning Wind God suits with flat fans.
Recently, many people have been using them for outdoor activities like fishing and camping, as well as for airsoft games, where they are useful for preventing branches and BBs from being sucked in.
Last year, I saw someone riding a motorcycle wearing an air-conditioned suit. I wondered if attaching the fan cover upside down, like an air intake, might make them cooler. Of course, attaching it in the normal orientation also provides protection against sudden rain.

While similar products are sold by Kuucho Fuk (株)空調服, they require modification for Burtle Aircraft fans. Therefore, we created this product using soft TPU material and a 3D printer.

TPU is extremely resistant to stretching, so it's highly unlikely to get caught and torn off. It's also soft, so it won't break if bumped. Even if you repeatedly hit it against narrow scaffolding pipes or concrete walls on a construction site, only the surface will get roughened.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, the underside where support material was attached may be partially rough, and there may be other areas with visible layer lines and support marks. Please understand that this is typical for items made with FDM 3D printers.
As this is a hobby project made by an individual after work, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor imperfections.

*Addendum: When wearing a rain jacket with this attached, the fan doesn't get sucked into the jacket, allowing for some airflow and comfort.
